About 3.9 billion people worldwide face the threat of dengue fever, 70% of which are concentrated in Southeast Asia and the Western Pacific. In order to cope with the increasingly severe dengue epidemic in the world, strengthen the regional epidemic prevention network, and share the experience of dengue fever prevention and control in Taiwan, the disease control agency has promoted the new southward plan of dengue fever since this (107) year. This year, the project entrusted ZTE to communicate with Indonesia. Co-operation and the "2018 New South-to-Dengue International Training Camp" will be held from October 22 to 31. Experts from Indonesian dengue prevention and control units will be invited to visit dengue fever monitoring and prevention strategies, laboratory diagnostic techniques, community control practices and Multi-control strategies such as the introduction of the epidemic prevention industry. The professional background of the members participating in the International Training Camp covers the relevant professional fields required for the prevention and treatment of dengue fever, including public health, clinical, testing, vector control and community education. The course covers the dengue surveillance and prevention strategies conducted by the Department of Disease Control, and learns about the rapid detection of dengue fever in China. It is also visited by the vaccine research and development plant and the National Research Center for the Control of Mosquito Infectious Diseases. The Gaoping District Control Center, the Tainan Municipal Government, and the Kaohsiung City Government conducted practical exchanges. Through classroom discussions and practical operations, the participants will learn about the dengue prevention and control system and modules in China, as well as the coordination and cooperation between the public health environment and the medical surface, health and environmental protection and civil affairs units in China, and bring the Taiwan experience back to Indonesia. As a reference, Indonesian prevention and treatment experience is also provided during the study. China has long had frequent exchanges with Southeast Asian countries in terms of business, human resources and tourism. Among them, Indonesia and Taiwan have a high degree of social interaction. Therefore, strengthening the anti-epidemic cooperation between Taiwan and Indonesia will help improve the effectiveness of dengue fever prevention and prevention of both sides. Health is very meaningful. This workshop not only provides opportunities for dengue fever prevention professionals to exchange experiences and share experiences, but also establishes a network of contacts. We look forward to cooperating to create a new prevention and treatment model that is more suitable for high-risk areas of dengue fever in Asia and the Pacific.
